To be honest, I wanted to start this post with some kind of alliteration, like 'March was a month of motivation!" but that would be straight up lie.
March was a struggle.
Let's just say that I did not spend very much time sleeping. Or blogging. But the sleeping part was the biggest problem. I was tired and stressed and lacking motivation, and it just felt like the longest month ever.
But let's talk about the good things, shall we?
- I turned nineteen! (Sheesh). Also, my birthday was on my last day of class before spring break so I got to celebrate with my friends at school (we went to an Italian restaurant and it was lovely), and my family at home.
- It was one of the loveliest springs I've experienced weather-wise (I'm from Maine, so spring doesn't typically happen until mid-April)
- I saw Beauty and The Beast. Twice.
- The end is near! Just about a month left before I wrap up my first year of college. This has got me feeling reflective and, well, happy. It's been a great and memorable year.
To post more regularly!!I'm pretty pleased that, in the long run, I've maintained a one-post-per-week thing this year. I'm pretty proud of myself for that because for a while even that was daunting. But I've got big goals for this summer blog-wise because I'll (hopefully?) have more free time, so I'm going to try to start slowly working towards creating more content on the regular. Plus, I just have a lot of ideas. I often feel like, when only doing one post per week, a lot of my ideas don't ever get to see the light of day.
So, I'd like to start posting twice a week. But we'll see what happens.
